SNAPP Refactor project
SNAPP, or Single Network Application is a complex program used by a wide array of Delta agents, most of them working at the airport.
It relates to front and back processes from passenger check in to flight schedules and rebooking. The previous version needed an update, so Delta decided on a Refactor project.

Analyzing the previous version, it’s flows and add-ons in order to develop streamlined processes that would meet the user’s needs and simplify their workload. Working within a larger interdisciplinary team consisting of back end, full stack and front-end developers as well as a Delta business team, we developed and tested each feature and its flow, focused on user needs. The result was a lighter and more intuitive experience that helped the agents save time.
