Sapphire project
Sapphire is a pricing tool that helps analysts develop a fare structure to best segment consumers based
on their needs and wants by balancing the development of revenue maximizing strategies with fare,
scheduling and product competitiveness.

Observing and working with the current tools and strategies used by analysts, we are working to modernize and streamline the current workflow. This aims to guide analysts throughout each flow and process as well as display important data that will guide their decision making.
uI
We decided to work with the company’s brand and color palette in order to maintain a visual consistency across the board. We also decided to focus on a flat design and use tools such as .svg images and web fonts in order to improve legibility and loading speed.
BA
Working closely with stakeholders and business analysts in order to obtain project requirements, process flows and specifications. Created business flows that were adapted to user flows and specific requirements.
